What's New in MAT version 2.3.2 infographic: delete your account in the app, full transcripts in the app, fewer permission prompts, sharing as PDF, Word or zip, better privacy, and smaller fixes.

  • Delete your account from your profile in the app, or on the web at app.meetingtool.online/delete-account. Meetings you organised stay for their attendees.
  • Organisers can read the full transcript of a recording in the app, and select and copy its text.
  • Sharing a transcript, summary or minutes opens a choice of PDF, Word or both in a zip file, and shows progress while the zip is made.
  • Recordings without a name are called "Recording 1", "Recording 2" and so on, and an empty summary says so and offers to try again.
  • MAT asks for each permission the first time you use the feature that needs it, not every time it starts. Picking a document or opening a download no longer asks for photo or storage access.
  • If you turn down location access, venue search still works, and MAT shows how to allow location in Settings.
  • The RSVP page says clearly when a link is no longer valid or the meeting has been deleted.
  • Privacy improvements: group reminder emails no longer show every attendee's address, and access to meeting data and downloads is tighter.
